The nice staff made a good impression. The hotel's position was great and fantastic, close to main shops.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, they showed us what terrific service is supposed to be like. The vibe here was family! The property's location was excellent and incredible, near enough to the town centre. Further, it was adjacent to Victoria, and the winerys and Grampians.

Our room was functional, modern, with dining table separating beds, all essentials, single beds. The room had a nice design. The hotel had a central setting to the centre of town where the restaurants are. Besides, we were short walk to the famous attractions ---One Tree Hill Lookout, and the town's outskirts.
